I am an independent HR Consultant based in Kent/Sussex with over 20 years’ experience as Head of HR in a significant financial services firm. My broad experience can help you to develop and implement effective HR strategies which underpin your organisation’s objectives and maximises the potential of your workforce.
Whilst HR principles and employment law are a constant, the implementation of practical solutions is individual to each organisation and to the circumstances. No two situations are alike and each requires original thinking in its resolution.
