PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

An effective workforce is a powerful tool but there are many reasons why an individual may not be working to their full potential and a number of ways to handle a poor performing employee.  In most circumstances it is preferable that the employee can be managed back into effective performance.  However, there are occasions when corrective action needs to be taken, up to and including termination.
